The Aledo Racquet Cats continue to enjoy one of the best seasons in team history as they have advanced to the third round of the Class 5A playoffs. They will face Colleyville Heritage Monday, Oct. 16 at the TCU tennis courts at 10:30 a.m.
The Racquet Cats, 16-1 on the season, advanced to the third round with an 11-7 area-round victory against Birdville. This was after they defeated Fort Worth North Side 10-0 in bidistrict.
The Racquets won the District 5-5A championship with a perfect 6-0 record and has won 12 consecutive matches.
