Two seniors on the Aledo Bearcats were honored by the league’s coaches as members of the All-District 5-5A Team recently. Drew Clock was selected for the first team and Brandon Fields was named to the second team.
The duo helped the Bearcats to a 14-14 overall record and a 4-8 mark in district. The Bearcats were in the thick of the postseason chase until things slipped away over the final four games.
The overall record was a two-game improvement over the 2021-22 season.
