Six members of the Trinity Christian Academy Eagles football team were named to the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools All-Division III District 1 Team by the league’s coaches.
Junior linebacker Jake Wallis was named to the second team. He led the team in tackles with 64, along with a sack and a tackle for a loss.
Honorable mentions are senior running back Evan Chrane (262 yards, 3 TD), senior offensive lineman Jack Lytle, senior athlete Caleb Nelson (133 yards, 3 TD rushing; 7 catches, 109 yards receiving), junior defensive back Matthew Sykes (36 tackles, 1 interception) and junior defensive lineman Jackson Sykes (26 tackles, 1 sack, 5 tackles for loss).
