Rodney Walter grills onions and green pepper while Steven Lanier readies eggs for what will become quiche for the Parker County Cowboy Church men’s and women’s breakfast. The church on FM 5 in Aledo hosts a men’s breakfast the first Saturday of the month and a quarterly women’s brunch while getting everyone together once a year for breakfast.
