Lisa L. Flowers, CCE, IOM, president, and CEO of the Parker County Chamber of Commerce, has been elected to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors of the Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives (TCCE).

“I am honored to serve on the TCCE Board and represent Parker County at the state level,” Flowers said. “TCCE strengthens chamber leadership across Texas, and I look forward to contributing to its mission of advancing professionalism and excellence.”

Flowers also serves on the North Texas Chamber Executives Board, the North Texas Commission, the Zonta Club of Parker County, and the Weatherford College Foundation Board.

Flowers and Incoming Board Chair Gary Pierce of PureFunding Mortgage attended the Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives (TCCE) Chair Conference on Thursday, Oct. 23, in Dallas.

Hosted annually by TCCE, the Chair Conference brings together Chamber CEOs and incoming board chairs from across the state for a full day of professional training, collaboration, and strategic planning. The program is designed to strengthen board governance, clarify leadership roles, and help chambers drive measurable results in their communities.

“This conference provides an invaluable opportunity to learn, share, and grow alongside chamber leaders from across Texas,” said Flowers. “Gary and I came away inspired and equipped with new tools to enhance our Chamber’s governance, strategy, and service to Parker County’s business community.”

The 2025 conference featured sessions led by national chamber leadership expert Dave Kilby, along with panels and discussions on topics such as good governance, fiscal leadership, policy engagement, civic leadership, and workforce development. Leaders from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Texas Association of Business also shared insights on future economic and legislative trends affecting local chambers and communities statewide.

The Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives is the state’s longest-standing association of chamber professionals, dedicated to promoting and enhancing the professional growth and competency of chamber leaders.
