With Oncor working to relocate the electrical lines for the new Aledo City Hall project, the city council took steps during their meeting on Thursday, April 25, to ensure the project keeps moving forward.
The passage of Resolution 2024-161 grants City Manager Noah Simon the authority to enter into an agreement with Project Control of Texas for the onsite construction and project management.

Following several months of data collection, Brio Consulting has completed their audit of the water billing practices and returned their recommendations to the city council.
Resolution 2014-164 brought before the council on Thursday, authorized Simon to enter into a professional services agreement at a cost of $50,000 to assist in the implementation of the recommendations from Brio Consulting to ensure efficient and accurate water billing processes.
