Children, youth, and adults can all find a place at Church at the Crossing in Aledo.
The CrossYTH Student Ministry is looking forward to a busy summer! We will be headed to camp June 12-14, serving at Adventure Week June 26-29, serving at Mission Waco July 27-30, and ending our summer with a giant pool party and cookout on August 6.
There will also be girls & guys events on Wednesdays throughout the summer! We can’t wait for all the fun and fellowship in the Texas sun!
The Crossing is coming up on its 18th year of hosting Adventure Week for the Aledo Community. This year AW23 is June 26-29 9:30 AM-12:30 PM @The Crossing. The cost is totally free unless you want to buy a T-Shirt for $5.
This year the theme is EGYPT RESCUE TEAM. We will be studying in the book of Exodus about how God sent Moses to Rescue His People out of Egypt. We will also be going to summer camp in Glen Rose, Texas July 6th-10th for 3rd-6th Grades.
The Crossing is involved in serving our community in many ways. We partner with many organizations including Center of Hope, Grace House, Titus 2 Ministries, and the Refugee ministry to name a few.
Starting Mothers Day and running through Fathers Day we will be collecting money for Grace House’s Baby Bottle Campaign.
We also will be serving meals to those in need at Center of Hope in Weatherford, and we will be serving several times in the upcoming months. We recently painted bookcases for the Ready for School Program for young refugee children in Fort Worth. We also will be assisting with needs of newly arrived refugee families helping them to have an easier transition to their new homes.
