Chamber Awards Gala

The Parker County Chamber of Commerce honored local business leaders at its annual awards gala on Feb. 27.

The honorees were:

• Ambassador of the Year - Joni Mattocks, Moss Insurance Group, Inc.;
• Friend of the Chamber - Tanya Hodges, PlainsCapital Bank;
• Young Professional of the Year - Sumner Haye, JRJ Construction;
• Nonprofit of the Year - Parker County Committee on Aging - Meals on Wheels and The Senior Center;
• Business of the Year (1-10 Employees) - Mr. Duct Cleaner of Fort Worth;
• Business of the Year (11-20 Employees) - Legacy Land & Title;
• Business of the Year (21-50 Employees) - J. Caldwell Custom Pools;
• Business of the Year (51+ Employees) - First Financial Bank Texas; and
• Businessperson of the Year - Dr. Susan Bohn, Aledo Independent School District.
