Better than you found it

One of the most important things my dad taught me was to leave a place better than you found it.

By virtually every measure, Mayor Doyle Moss has done that with our community.

Under his leadership, he’s helped lower our tax rate by 25 percent, yet double our sales tax income.  The total value of Willow Park has doubled under his mayorship.

He’s pushed to solve our water supply and wastewater treatment issues. 

Roads are improved and will continue to be. 

Our city facilities are dramatically better, enhancing our ability to attract and retain quality professionals to serve us.

Through Doyle’s leadership, we’ve partnered with neighboring municipalities, helping us to understand and stay ahead of the challenges ahead.

He has always understood Willow Park cannot bury its head in the sand and ignore the inevitable fact that we are geographically situated smack in the middle of explosive growth.

And we need him to complete the crucial projects already in the works, such as the Beall-Dean development that will continue to bring the right kind of commercial growth like sit-down restaurants that improves the quality of all our lives.

Doyle Moss has been a great mayor. We all need to keep him working for as long as he’s willing.
