The Aledo Lions Community Club announced this year’s $2,000 scholarship award winners for both the Aledo Community Lions and the Aledo Lions Youth Basketball Association. Although many qualified seniors applied, only six scholarships could be given out. The awards were presented to the recipients by Aledo Lions President Ben King, Bob Carlson, and Jeff Streetman on Friday, May 2.
