Aledo JV Black defeats Azle White 41-14

The J.V. Black defeated the Azle White by the score of 41-14 at Azle Thursday night, Sept. 15.

AJ Staggs scored on a 4-yard TD run and on a 7-yard TD run.

Micah Mason scored on a 13-yard TD run, Joshua Johnson scored on a 1-yard TD run, and QB Will Cayce completed a 32-yard TD reception to Luke Trager.

Defensive standouts were Joseph Hancin, who scored on a pick six; Tyler Wyss, who broke up a couple of passes; and Samuel Pimentel, who played well throughout the night.

Ethan Santos, Adam Averett, and Stran Mayes combined for 5/6 successful extra points.  The J.V. Black is now 4-0 on the season.  They will return to action next Thursday at 5:30 at home against Midlothian Heritage.
