“It proved to be our toughest one thus far. We played very well and managed to place in a few spots in a very tough 16-team bracket,” Aledo coach Joe McCoy said.
Lila Satterfield placed fourth in Girls A Singles and the team of Kjersten Loy/Addy Avent also placed fourth in Girls B Doubles.
Noah Nottingham and Bailey Martin were sixth in Mixed B Doubles and Alex Vozeh/Casen Freeland won consolation in Boys A Doubles.
Aledo has one more tournament to tune up before district. It will be on Friday and Saturday, March 27, 28 in Abilene. District is April 1-2 at the Richland Tennis Center in North Richland Hills.
