The following offenses were observed or reported to the Parker County Sheriff’s Office Thursday, Feb. 17, 2011.

Assault/Domestic Violence
• 100 block of Monte Cristo Drive, the complainant reported she was assaulted by her spouse during an argument.

Forgery
• 129 Hogle Street, the complainant reported a known suspect forged two checks from his banking account without his permission.

Criminal Trespass
• 600 block of Wells Lane, the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the property and opened a gate without her consent.

• 1700 block of Brazos Rock Road, the complainant reported she was assaulted by a family member during an argument.
• 400 block of Hilltop Meadows Court, the complainant reported she was assaulted by a family member during a dispute.
• 300 block of Ashwood Street, the complainant reported she was assaulted by a family member during an argument.

Theft of Property
• 1900 block of Ladybird Lane, the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the property and stole two ATVs.

PRESS RELEASE

Parker County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man and woman Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011, following a burglary call.
Deputies were dispatched to a burglary in progress call in the 3800 block of Cleburne Highway around 10:30 a.m., where the male and female suspects fled in a grey/silver vehicle.

Burglary of a habitation
• 200 block of Saltgrass Circle, the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and stole an air conditioner condenser and damaged a breaker box.
• 700 block of Clary Road, the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and stole two shotguns and three rifles.
• 5200 block of Agnes Circle, the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and stole copper wiring, an air conditioning unit and a compressor and caused damages to walls and a door.

Burglary of a Building
• 3900 block of FM 113 South, the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the building and stole a swamp cooler, two impact wrenches, a laptop, a desktop, a microwave, a dolly and two wrench and socket sets.

Burglary of a vehicle
• 300 block of Dean Road, the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the vehicle and stole an MP3 player with amplifier and speaker box and blank checks.

SHERIFF’S CRIME REPORT

The following offenses were observed or reported to the Parker County Sheriff’s Office Monday, Feb. 7, 2011.

Traffic Stop
• Highway 199/Newsome Mound Road, while on routine patrol, deputies conducted a traffic stop, where the driver was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested and additionally charged with possession of marijuana along with a passenger, who was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Abandoned/Found Property
• 5300 block of Longley Lane, the complainant reported finding identification and a security card not belonging to him.

• 2400 block of Kelly Road, the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) entered the property and threw eggs at a vehicle and the residence.

• 7300 block of Wilderness Way, the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole a vehicle from the property.

CRIME of the WEEK

Parker County Sheriff’s investigators are seeking the public’s help in identifying and locating suspect(s) involved in a criminal mischief case occurring Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011.

Sheriff Larry Fowler said around 4 p.m., the Hudson Oaks Water Superintendent reported unknown suspect(s) had damaged a section of fence to the property, which is contracted to provide water to a portion of the Annettas.

PRESS RELEASE

Parker County Sheriff’s investigators arrested a man Friday, January 28, 2011, in connection with a shooting.
Parker County Sheriff Larry Fowler said the incident occurred in the 1400 block of Ranger Highway around 7:30 p.m.
The suspect, identified as Stephen Mark Johnson, 56, of Weatherford, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after witnesses reported he shot an 18-year-old male victim during a verbal dispute.
