The following offenses were observed or reported to the Weatherford Police Department between Thursday 10-14-10 and Friday 10-15-10.

Theft:
10-14-10, 700 W. Spring St, a complainant reported that between 9pm 10-13-10 and 7am 10-14-10 unknown suspect(s) had stolen mail from the mailbox located at his residence.

10-15-10, 1800 S. Main St, an employee of Murphy USA reported that between 1am and 4am unknown suspect(s) had broken into a storage container and stole several packages of chocolate candy.

Criminal Mischief:
10-14-10, 100 I-20 East, a complainant reported that between 2:00pm and 2:30pm a known female suspect had damaged her vehicle by intentionally hitting the rear window with a baseball bat.

The following offenses were observed or reported to the Weatherford Police Department between Wednesday 10-13-10 and Thursday 10-14-10.

Theft:
10-13-10, 600 Palo Pinto St, a complainant reported that while shopping, an unknown suspect stole her I-phone out of her shopping cart.

The following offenses were observed or reported to the Weatherford Police Department between Tuesday 10-12-10 and Wednesday 10-13-10.

Theft:
10-12-10, 200 E. 5th St, a complainant reported that on 10-07-10 a known acquaintance had taken a wallet from his residence without permission.

10-12-10, 1100 W. Park Ave, a complainant reported that while his truck was parked at the Truck and Travel an unknown male suspect was witnessed siphoning diesel fuel from the truck without permission. The suspect fled the scene prior to being identified.

The following offenses were observed or reported to the Weatherford Police Department between Friday 10-08-10 and Tuesday 10-12-10.

Theft:
10-09-10, 2600 E. Bankhead Dr, an employee of Loves Country Store reported that at approx 11:40am an unknown suspect had drove away from the business without paying for 200 gallons of diesel fuel.

Fraudulent use of Indentifying Information:
10-09-10, 100 Timaaron Ct, a complainant reported that he had been contacted by his credit card company in reference to suspicious activity on his account. The complainant reported he discovered that unknown suspect(s) in New York had attempted to change the billing address on his credit card accounts.

The following offenses were observed or reported to the Weatherford Police Department between Wednesday 10-06-10 and Thursday 10-07-10.

Theft:
10-06-10, 2000 Santa Fe Dr, a complainant reported that at approx 11pm while at the Trucker’s Store located inside Petro he forgot and left his wallet at the counter while conducting his business. Upon remembering his wallet the complainant returned and discovered that unknown suspect(s) had taken the wallet without his consent.

The following offenses were observed or reported to the Weatherford Police Department between Wednesday 09-29-10 and Thursday 09-30-10.

Theft:
09-29-10, 1100 Ft Worth Hwy, a complainant reported that between 10am and 2pm she mistakenly left her pursue in a booth at a convenience store. Upon realizing she had forgotten her pursue she called the business and the purse could not be located and was not turned into the store employees.

09-29-10, 600 Couts St, a complainant reported that between 08-19-10 and 08-20-10 unknown suspect(s) removed a watch from the residence without permission.

09-29-10, 100 Otto Dr, an employee of Haven Spa reported that during June 2010 an employee of the business had left her employment without returning a company laptop computer.

The following offenses were observed or reported to the Weatherford Police Department between Tuesday 09-28-10 and Wednesday 09-29-10.
urglary of a Vehicle:
09-28-10, 1200 S. Brazos St, a complainant reported that on 09-27-10 between 7am and 6pm unknown suspect(s) had entered into a vehicle without permission and stole a Colt 380 caliber pistol.

Forgery:
09-28-10, 900 S. 100 College Park Dr, a complainant reported that between 08-05-10 and 08-17-10 an unknown suspect had stolen and forged several of his personal checks at an area grocery store.

Special to The Community News: Judge Ben Sasin gives the oath of office to Weatherford PD's latest member, Travis Bramow.The Weatherford Police Department welcomed its newest member, Officer Travis Bramow, on Thursday, Sept. 23. Bramow was issued the oath of office by Judge Ben Sasin. Bramow grew up in Justin, Texas and graduated from Northwest High School in 2005. After high school, he joined the United States Marines, where he completed two tours in Iraq. He graduated from Tarrant County College Police Academy in June 2010 as a certified peace officer and was awarded Most Distinguished, which he said was a great honor because the award was determined by votes from his peers.

The following offenses were observed or reported to the Weatherford Police Department between Wednesday 09-22-10 and Thursday 09-23-10.

Theft:
09-22-10, 1200 Foster Ln, a complainant reported that between 09-18-10 and 09-22-10 unknown suspect(s) had entered into his driveway and stole the copper welding leads from a welding machine attached to his truck.

Burglary of a Vehicle:
09-22-10, 800 Ft Worth Hwy, an employee of Heritage Auto & Truck Sales reported that between 9am 09-21-10 and 11am 09-22-10 unknown suspect(s) had entered onto the property without permission and stole a stereo from a vehicle parked at the business.

The following offenses were observed or reported to the Weatherford Police Department between Tuesday 09-21-10 and Wednesday 09-22-10.

Theft:
09-21-10, 400 S. Main St, an employee of CVS Pharmacy reported that on 09-16-10 a known female suspect was observed by store employees concealing items in her purse. The complainant reported that the suspect was confronted at which time the products were returned to the business and suspect left the scene.

09-21-10, 700 Ft Worth Hwy, an employee of Pizza Hut reported that between the close of business 09-20-10 and 10am 09-21-10 unknown suspect(s) had removed two bank deposits from the business.
