Aledo ISD has named Dr. Christopher White as principal at McAnally Middle School beginning with the 2024-2025 school year.

White has been a principal at Richard Allie Middle School in Crowley ISD for the last four years. Prior to that, he was the principal at Crowley 9th Grade Campus and an assistant principal at HF Stevens Middle School in Crowley ISD. He also worked as a teacher at Donna Shepard Intermediate School in the Mansfield ISD.

“Dr. White will make a great addition to our Bearcat Leadership Team, and we are so glad he’ll be leading McAnally Middle School,” Superintendent Dr. Susan Bohn said. “His extensive, successful campus leadership experience and ability to build connections among students, staff, and parents will be great assets to the MMS community and Aledo ISD.”

White has a bachelor of science from the University of Texas at Austin, a master’s in educational administration from the University of North Texas and a doctorate in organizational leadership with strategy and systems focus from Abilene Christian University. He has previously held leadership roles as a mentor teacher and district professional development leader.

“It is an honor and privilege to serve the students, teachers and families at McAnally Middle School,” White said. “I am so excited and look forward to joining the Bearcat community for the upcoming school year!”
