REGULAR AGENDA
BE IT KNOWN, the HONORABLE COMMISSIONERS COURT of PARKER COUNTY, TEXAS, will convene in a
REGULAR MEETING at 9:30 A.M. on MONDAY the 11th of JANUARY 2010 in the COMMISSIONERS
COURTROOM on the FIRST FLOOR of the COURTHOUSE, ONE COURTHOUSE SQUARE, WEATHERFORD,
TEXAS,
TO CONSIDER, DISCUSS AND/OR ACT UPON THE FOLLOWING AGENDA ITEMS:
1. ROUTINE BUSINESS: (a.) Certification of revenues as presented by the auditor; (b). Line item budget
adjustments as presented by the auditor; (c.) payment of routine bills as presented by the auditor; (d.) prior
approval/disapproval of purchases; (e.) approval of payroll, payments for insurance, retirement; (f.) report
from County Treasurer on balances of all funds “1 thru 999”; (g.) accept, renew or reject bids; (h.)
authorization to advertise bids for purchases as listed; (i.) accept or release pledged securities.

a. Lipan Volunteer Fire Department Contract for the 2009-2010 Fiscal Year.(John Forrest/Judge Riley)
b. Agreement for training between Parker County and Weatherford PD.(Shawn Scott/John Forrest/Judge Riley)
c. ESD#1 Volunteer Fire Department Contract 2009-2010 Fiscal Year.(John Forrest/Judge Riley)
d. Interlocal Agreement City of Springtown and Parker County relating to transportation bond. (John
Forrest/Judge Riley)
e. Thrift Mart Partnership Lease Extention and Renewal for the Justice of Peace #4 Building. (John
Forrest/Judge Riley)
5. PLACE INTO MINUTES:
a. Final Report on Surplus Property Auction ended 11/30/2009.(Deena Nichols/Judge Riley)
6. REQUEST:
a. Pertaining to August 31, 2009 Budget Session:
1. Correct the minutes
2. The amount of Fund Balance used in the 2009-2010 Budget is different than what was specified by
approved motions made during this Budget Session.
3. Remaining Fund Balance as compared to estimates of year end fund balance made during this budget
session.(Commissioner Roth)
7. EXECUTIVE SESSION: In accordance with Section 551.072(Real Estate) and Section 551.074
(Personnel) of the Texas Government Code, the Parker County Commissioners Court will meet in CLOSED
SESSION to discuss to wit:
1. Real Estate.
2. Personnel
At the conclusion of the Closed Session the Commissioners Court will reconvene in OPEN SESSION to
make any decisions or take any action considered appropriate action regarding said matters discussed in

8. ROUTINE BUSINESS (j.) approval of minutes; (k.) personnel changes; (l.) unemployment appeal claims;
(m. )reports from officials as listed; (n.) interdepartmental transfers of equipment and inventory reports.
Adjournment.
NOTE: Commissioners Court may choose to convene into Executive Session items out of agenda sequence depending upon
availability of counsel.
