11-16-2011 T. Trevino # 71 - On 11-16-2011 at approximately 1527 hours I was dispatched to the 100 Block of Black Forest Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I met with two individuals, one of which held valid Parker County Sheriff's Office warrants. Robert Fonseca (w/m dob 12-18-1961) was placed under arrest for the warrants and transported to the Parker County Jail where he was released to jail staff.
On 11-16-11 at approx 1700 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 303 Palo Pinto to take Varona Hamel into custody for WPD warrants. Hamel was taken into custody and transported to the Parker Co Jail.
On 11-17-2011 at 1158 hrs I, Officer T.Wainscott #79 with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to 801 Santa Fe Dr. (Weatherford Police Department) to contact the complainant by public service in regards to a burglary of vehicle call. I contacted a Kendall Hamlin who advised that sometime from September to today's date 11-17-2011, Hamlin had her semi automatic Springfield XD 40 caliber pistol, valued at $500.00 dollars, taken from the trunk of her 2006 Mazda M6I. Hamlin said that she has not given anyone permission to take the pistol and she does wish to pursue charges at this time.
On 11-17-11 at approx 1210 hrs I, Ofc Beniak, was dispatched to 122 I-20 E in reference to a theft. Upon my arrival I met with Loss Prevention Officer Jeremy Cohn. Cohn advised that he needed to file additional charges on an individual who had been arrested on 11-15-11. The information and evidence was taken and a theft report was completed.
On Thursday 11-17-2011 at 1215hrs Officer C. Beniak #62 was dispatched to the 100 block of I20 east in reference to a theft due to bar code switching. Upon arrival, contact was made with the loss prevention department who advised that on 11-16-2011 around1100 hours a white male entered the store and switched bar codes on an item that should have cost $79.99 making the item cost $11.99. Loss prevention advised that the white male subject switched the bar codes with intent to deprive them of the true value of the property.
On 11/17/2011 at approximately 1430 hours, Reporting Officer J. Holcomb # 76 was given a case that was transferred from PCSO (2011-31637). The case reported by the PCSO Deputy Guynes, stated on 10/20/2011 at approximately 1616 hours a juvenile was struck in the face by another juvenile while on a bus parked in the parking lot of the Ninth Grade Center, located at 1007 S. Main St. Because the incident occurred in the city limits of Weatherford, a report was made for Injury to a Child.
11-17-2011 T. Trevino # 71 - On 11-17-2011 at approximately 1504 hours I was dispatched to the 900 Block of West Spring Street in reference to a theft. Upon arrival I met with the complainant (w/m 25 yoa) who advised that a known subject had stolen his dog (black in color, pit bull). The complainant advised that he did not give anyone permission to take his pet and he does wish to file charges against the person(s) responsible as they intentionally and knowingly appropriated property with the intent to deprive the owner of the property and without the owner's effective consent. A theft report was taken.
1100024802 11-17-2011 T. Trevino # 71 - On 11-17-2011, I was dispatched to the 1600 Block of Fort Worth Highway in reference to a subject with a warrant. Upon arrival, I made contact with Silvia Aguilar (w/f 31 yoa) who did hold an outstanding PCSO warrant. Silvia was placed under arrest for the warrant and transported to the Parker County Jail where she was released to jail staff.
On November 18, 2011 at approximately 0001hrs, Corporal Goff with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to a business in the 1900 blk of Wall St in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival it was determined that a Matthew Rowan (33yoa) was intoxicated to a degree that he might endanger himself or another. Rowan was taken to the Parker County Jail where he was booked in for public intoxication. A report was made.
On Friday 11/18/11 at approx. 12:58pm Sgt Laine (R/O) met with a complainant, identified as Amber Munnerlyn, who advised that sometime after12:30am and before 12:45am this date unknown person(s) entered her unlocked 2001 Honda Civic without her permission, while it was parked at 132 Austin Ave. Munnerlyn advised that her purse was taken out of the vehicle which contained her wallet, cash, cell phone, drivers license, debit, and credit cards. Total loss to the victim was $200.00.
