On Wednesday, November 2, 2011, at 1442hrs, I, Ofc S. Chalmers 61, was dispatched to area of the 410mm of west bound Interstate 20 in Weatherford, Texas, in reference to a reckless driver. While driving to the area, I was informed by a witness that a black, Chevrolet Silverado pickup was driving recklessly while driving north bound on E Bankhead. I was able to locate the pickup and perform a traffic stop after observing the vehicle almost have an accident at the intersection of Jack Borden Way and Fort Worth Hwy. The driver was identified as Homer Patrick Parks (38yoa wm) of Fort Worth, Texas. During the course of the investigation, Parks was determined to be intoxicated on prescription medication and placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Parker County Jail.

On 11-02-11 at approx 1645 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 1014 S Waco in reference to criminal mischief. Upon my arrival, I made contact with Jason Walker. Walker advised that a Hispanic male juvenile had rubbed dirt into the paint of his vehicle causing damage. A report for criminal mischief was taken.

On 11-03-2011 at 0654 Hrs I, Officer T.Wainscott with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to 801 Santa Fe Dr. The Weatherford Police department to make contact with Complainant by public service. I contacted Betty Putnell (address 1410 Franklin St Weatherford TX 76087) Betty advised that someone entered her 2000 model Chevy P/U sometime between 2100 Hrs on 11-02-2011 and 0430 Hrs on 11-03-2011, without her consent and took her Sony CD player. Betty said that she does wish to pursue charges for Burglary of a Vehicle.

On Thursday, 11-03-2011 at 0744hrs reporting Officer (J. Hayes #56) was dispatched to 1001 Vine St. in reference to a possible major accident involving an intoxicated individual and a child. Upon arrival it was determined that there had not been an accident but a domestic disturbance had occurred. All parties involved were identified and it was determined that a Katherine Washmon (w/f 58yoa) was intoxicated and had assaulted a family member at the scene. Washmon was arrested and charged with public intoxication and assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

On Thursday, November 3rd, 2011, I, Ofc McCrory, was dispatched at 955hrs to a residence at 3601 Lakeway Dr, Weatherford, Texas, in regards to Criminal Mischief. On arrival I met with victim Gary Thomas Pessina who advised me that his wife was leaving for work this morning around 615hrs and noticed her mailbox had been smashed in. Report was taken for criminal mischief $50 to $500. Damage is being estimated to be around $250. No suspect at this time.

On 11-3-11 at approx 1250 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 306 W Water in reference to a theft. Upon my arrival I made contact with Elizabeth Lee. Lee advised that an unknown person entered her residence and took approx $200 worth of groceries, several clothing items, approx 25-30 movie DVD's and 5 unopened bottles of medication and various other items. A report was taken

11-03-2011 T. Trevino # 71 - On 11-03-2011 at approx 1645 hrs. I was dispatched to the 500 block of East Fourth Street in reference to a domestic disturbance. I met with the complainant (w/f 29 yoa) who stated that she had been assaulted by her husband. The complainant did not wish to be seen by medical personnel. I found the male subject seated on the front porch of his residence and asked that he meet me in the driveway of the residence. Upon speaking with him, the male subject indicated that he had pushed his wife and that he had struck her, upon her person, with an open hand. The male subject was placed under arrest (Assault Causes Bodily Injury - Family Violence) as he intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly caused bodily injury to another (his spouse). He was transported to the Parker County Jail where he was released to jail staff. An assault report was taken.

On 11/03/2011 at approximately 20:04 hrs Weatherford PD Officer Watson #66 was dispatched to the 1500 block of N. Main St. in reference to reported Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival the caller / owner Simmons, John stated that the door to the women's restroom had been damaged. Surveillance video showed a white female enter the woman's restroom at 1850 hrs. As the female exited, she slammed the metal framed door so hard that the surveillance camera shook approximately 20 feet away. The video showed the door frame come apart. The estimated value of the damage is approximately $300.00. The owner wished to file charges for criminal mischief. A report was generated.

On November 4, 2011 at approximately 0034 I, Ofc. T. Bramow 78 was dispatched to the 1200 block of W Water in reference to a theft that had just occurred. I was notified by dispatch that the suspect left in a red in color pickup. After searching the area for the suspect vehicle I made contact with a Kayla Bridges, wf, who advised that she observed a wm take her cat from her garage and get into the vehicle and speed away. A report for burglary of a habitation was taken.
