On 09-26-11 reporting officer (Hansen) met with complainant, Deanna Stone (w/f 67yoa) who lives in Weatherford, Texas who advised that someone had used her social security number to open an account with a business in Mesquite, Texas for electric services. No known suspects. Victim will prosecute for fraudlent use of identifying information.

On September 26, 2011 I, Ofc. T. Bramow 78 was dispatched to 1836 S Main St in reference to a possible stolen vehicle. Upon arrival I made contact with Stephanie Enevoldsen (w/f 52yoa) who advised me that a green in color Honda Accord that was taken from her on a previous date was located in the parking lot. I verified the vehicle as the stolen vehicle out of Parker County Sheriff's Office. I then attempted to locate the suspect who was found in a local business. The suspect attempted to elude the officers on scene, however, after a brief foot pursuit the suspect, identified as Brian Nichols (w/m 19yoa), was placed under arrest. Nichols was arrested for a warrant with Tarrant County SO and evading arrest or detention and was transported to Parker County Jail where he was booked in per procedure. The vehicle was then returned to the owner.

On Monday 09-26-2011 at approximately 21:18 hours reporting officer (Taber 77) was dispatched to the 714 Narrow St. in reference to criminal mischief. On arrival I met with the complainant, Angelyn Smith. Smith advised that between Saturday 09-17-2011 and Monday 09-26-2011, an unknown person(s) intentionally cut the fence located at the back of her property causing damage without her effective consent. Smith advised the value of the fence to be around $40.00. A report was made for Criminal Mischief $0 - 50.00.

On Monday 09-26-2011 at approximately 2319 hours, Officer Tippie was dispatched to 1832 S. Main St. for a theft call. Upon arriving on scene I made contact with the complainant, Elizabeth Hall (w/f 23yoa) who reported at approximately 2310 hours, a suspect, described as a white male driving a white Dodge "dually" truck, stole $50.03 worth of gasoline and did this with the intent to deprive the owner of the property.
