On 09.15.2011 at approx 0730hrs reporting officer C Brown#74 was dispatched to the area of 1700 S Main St in reference to a suspicious person. A white male, identified as Christian Melton who met the description was stopped in the 1500 block of S Main. A records check showed Melton to have a felony warrant out of Georgia for probation violation on five counts of burglary of a habitation. Melton was taken into custody without incident.

On Thursday 9-15-11 at about 0910 hours, Laura Parum (W/F 41yoa) of Weatherford Texas reported her purse taken by unknown suspects from her unlocked car while it was parked in the 600 block of W. Water earlier that morning. A Burglary of a Motor Vehicle report was completed.

On 9-15-11 at approximately 0923 hours I, Officer D.L. Morton # 72, received a gas drive off theft at 1832 S. Main St. Upon arrival at 1832 S. Main St. I met with the reportee, Cherie Tidwell (w/f 40yoa), who advised that at approximately 0740 hours this date an unknown male subject in a pickup without consent drove away without paying for 35.76 gallons of fuel he pumped into his vehicle valued at $ 118.00. A report was made.

On 09-13-2011 Det Fulton was notified by the Parker County Sheriff's Department that there was currently an 18 year old white male sex offender living in the city limits of Weatherford who had not registered with the Police Department as required by State Law. An investigation will be initiated into the report.

On 09-15-2011 at 1229 hrs I Officer T.Wainscott with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to the 200 blk of Weatherford St to a domestic disturbance. While out at that location it was determined that Andrea Aparicio W/F 19 years of age had assaulted her boyfriend Joseph Forsyth W/M 19 years of age. Aparicio had intentionally, knowingly and or recklessly causes bodily injury to another, including one's spouse. Andrea Aparicio was placed under arrest and booked into the Parker County jail with out incident . No further information at this time.

On 09.15.2011 at 1450hrs, reporting officer C Brown #74 was dispatched to 711 Santa Fe in reference to a criminal mischief. Complex manager Evelyn Calhoon advised a known juvenile subject (white male) had spray painted graffiti on the southwest side of building 2, the sidewalk, and a transformer owned by the City of Weatherford. A report was taken.

On 9/15/11 at approximately 1627 hours Officer T Wainscott was dispatched to fight at a commerical business in the 900 block of S Main ST. Upon arrival Officer Wainscott located one juvenile white female (15 years of age) who had been wilfully involved in a fight with another juvenile white female (14 years of age) who had already left the scene. Upon further investigation it was determined that both girls were students with the Weatherford ISD and both girls willingly entered into mutual combat. Both girls involved with the fight will be issued Disorderly Conduct-Fighting citations at a future date. Both girls intentionally or knowingly fought with another person in a public place. -Disorderly Conduct-Fighting.

On 9-16-2011 I (B Pool #69) was dispatched to a business in the 200 block of W I-20 in reference to a disturbance of some sort. I arrived on scene and discovered a subject later identified as Charles Michael Davidson, had been assaulted. Davidson advised two unknown male subjects intentionally assaulted him by punching and kicking him in the face multiple times.
