On 8-27-11 at approximately 1258 hours officers were dispatched to 1727 Remington Circle on a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival at 1727 Remington Circle at approximately 0102 hours officers observed a male and a female in front yard of the residence talking. Officers spoke with the w/f that identified herself as the complainant, Debby Giltmag (A/F 28yoa). Galtmag advised that on this date at approximately 1230 hours a w/m known to her intentionally and knowingly without her consent slapped her on her right ear. A report was made.

On 08.27.2011 at approx 1315hrs reporting officer C Brown #74 was dispatched to 1200 block of W Water St reference a hit & run accident. On arrival I met with the victim, a white juvenile female who reported her vehicle was stuck by unknown subject(s) in a blue pickup. An incident and accident reports were accomplished.

On 8-28-11, I, Officer Meza, observed a Silver in color Pontiac Grand Am, run the red light located at the 400 blk of Fort Worth Hwy. The vehicle turned left on to the 100blk of Santa Fe Dr, and a traffic stop was initiated at the 400 blk of E Lee. I made contact with the driver and passenger and while I was speaking with them I observed the aroma of Marijuana coming from the inside of the vehicle. I informed the driver that I was going to search the vehicle due to the smell of Marijuana and the driver gave me consent to search. During the search I located 3.80oz of Marijuana under the front passenger seat. I asked both subjects who the Marijuana belonged to and Nicholas Gutierrez (w/m 19yoa) admitted to the Marijuana being his. Gutierrez was arrested for possession of Marijuana 2-4oz, and the driver, identified as Bryan Hopper (w/m 19yoa) was written a citation for running the red light.

On 08-28-2011at 3:30 hrs I (T.Wainscott #79) Officer with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to a disturbance in the 300 blk of W. Rentz St. Upon arrival Crystal Garcia ( w/f 31yoa)) advised that she had asked two white males to leave her residence. The males got upset and when they walked out of the residence the front window got busted out. Crystal said that she came out of the house, and she saw one of the male's standing by the front door and the other male standing in front of the busted window. Charges were filed for Criminal Mischief Class C. Crystal valued the window at twenty five dollars. No further information at this time.

On 08-28-2011 at 0330 hrs I (T.Wainscott #79) Officer with the Weatherford Police Department was dispatched to a disturbance call in the 300 blk of W.Rents St. Upon arrival Crystal Garcia (W/F 30yoa) stated that her 10 year old son was assaulted by getting struck in the right temple by a male subject. Crystal said she wanted to file charges on the male subject for assault. No further information at this time.
