On 08-25-11 at approx 1006 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 214 E 8th St in reference to a theft. Upon my arrival I made contact with Maurine Self (w/f 81yoa). Self advised that her medication was delivered to her residence on 08-19-11 and when she went to open the bottle on 08-25-11, she could not locate it. A theft report was taken.

On Thursday, August 25, 2011 at approximately 11:23 I, Ofc. D. Feare #59, was dispatched to 1108 S Main St., Weatherford, Parker County, Texas in reference to the theft of a phone. When I arrived I spoke with complainant Ashley Brianna Williams (w/f 33yoa) who described the phone as being a a black, Apple iPhone 3GS, that was valued at $599. She said the phone was taken from there by an unknown person(s) sometime between 18:30 and 19:30 yesterday. The phone was taken without her consent and with the intent to deprive her of the property. A theft report was made for this incident.

On Thursday, August 25, 2011 I, Ofc. D. Feare #59, was dispatched to 1211 Duke St., Weatherford, Parker County, Texas in reference to a trailer that had been stolen. When I arrived I spoke with the reporting person, James Richards (w/m 51yoa), who told me the trailer had been taken from there by an unknown person(s) sometime between 14:30 yesterday and 14:24 today. He valued the trailer and its contents at approximately $9000. The trailer was taken without the consent of the owner and with the intent to deprive the owner of the property. A theft report was made for this incident.

On 08-25-11 at approx 1600 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to the Weatherford Regional Hospital for a patient that was extremely intoxicated and was refusing treatment. Upon my arrival I was advised by hospital staff that a patient, identified as Jacy Mitchell (w/f 25yoa), was being uncooperative with his staff and non compliant with their instructions. She was further refusing medical treatment. Mitchell was released from the hospital. Upon her release she left the hospital and at that time Ofc Feare and I made contact with her. After conducting an investigation, I formed the opinion that Mitchell was not in full control of her mental or physical faculties and a danger to herself or others. Mitchell was taken into custody for Public intoxication and transported to the Parker Co Jail.

On August 25, 2011 at approximately 1857 I, Ofc. T. Bramow 78 was dispatched to 1836 S Main St, Weatherford, TX 76086 in reference to a theft. I made contact with Janet Vance (w/f 54yoa) who advised that she parked her gold Chevrolet Silverado in the parking lot and went inside the store. Upon returning to her vehicle, she noticed the tri-ball hitch and mount had been taken from her vehicle without her consent. A report was taken for theft 50-500.
