Upon my arrival I observed a white male juvenille standing on the front porch staring at the front door. As I approached the juvenille he began to punch the glass out of the front door. On Friday, August 19, 2011, at 1145hrs, I was dispatched to the 1900blk of Clear Lake Rd in Weatherford, Texas, in reference to a criminal trespass in progress. When I arrived on scene, I made contact with the victim, Douglas Barker (wm 51yoa). One of the suspects ran off as Barker called the Weatherford Police Department and the other suspect remained at the scene. The suspect that remained at the scene was taken into custody and later released due to medical reasons. The second suspect, Jimmy Ray Akins (wm 42yoa) was located running from the property and placed under arrest for the offense of Criminal Trespass due to Akins entering a fenced property by opening a closed gate and then entering an outbuilding on the property with the intention of depriving the property owner of its contents, evidenced by several items being stacked by the door, and remaining on the property after being told to leave. Akins was transported to the Parker County Jail. The second suspect was transported to Weatherford Regional Hospital to be medically evaluated.f0
