On Thursday 07-28-2011 at 1500hrs Officer E. Warren met with Gary Lemottee at the Weatherford Police Department in reference to unauthorized charges to his debit card. Mr. Lemottee indicated that his debit card was used twice on 07-01-2011, while he was out of town, at 102 Santa Fe Dr., without his consent. An offense report for Debit/Credit card abuse was taken.

On Thursday, July 28, 2011 I was dispatched to meet complainant Lisa Kay Westbrook in reference to having been assaulted by a person known to her at 1802 Santa Fe Dr., Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. Westbrook told me that the assault caused her pain. An assault causes bodily injury report was made for this incident.

On Thursday, 07-28-2011 at 1530hrs R/O (J. Hayes #56) was dispatched to 1015 Fort Worth Hwy in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon my arrival at 1534hrs I made contact with the reporting party (RP). I was advised that on Saturday 07-23-2011 around 1200hrs a new red Dodge Ram truck on the lot was noticed to have its radio removed and a great deal of damage had been done to the dash. I was advised that the actual incident date was unknown. I was advised by the RP that originally they were not going to report the incident but after gaining a damage estimate and radio replacement cost the decision was made to file the report. I was advised that the radio/navigation unit would cost $1100.00 to replace and the damage to the dash would cost $3900.00 to repair. A report for burglary of a vehicle and criminal mischief $1500.00 to $20,000.00 was taken.
