On 07-18-11 at approx 1000 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was dispatched to 2002 Santa Fe Dr for counterfeit money. While en route, I was advised that the suspect vehicle (silver Jeep), was still at the business . Upon my arrival I made contact with Lionor Palacios. Palacios advised that she received a counterfeit $20.00 bill from a W/F customer while she was in the drive through. Palacios advised that she confirmed that the bill was counterfeit using a money pen. A report was completed.

On Monday, 07/18/2011 at approximately 1915 hours, Reporting Officer J. Holcomb # 76 was radio dispatched to public service a complainant in reference to a theft report. I made contact with the complainant, one Trevino, Elizabeth, w/f. Trevino advised that sometime between 1200 hours on 07/17/2011 and 1500 hours on this date, an unknown person(s) stole approximately $60.00 worth of gasoline from her vehicle while it was parked at her residence located at 410 E. Akard. A report was made for Theft 50-500.

On Monday 07/18/11 at approx. 11:08pm Sgt Laine (R/O) and Cpl Goff were dispatched to 152 I20 East and upon arrival, located two subjects, one male and one female, behind the business. The female subject was inside of a 2003 Chev truck and the male subject later ID as Jeffery S Rigstad,w/m, was seen exiting an enclosed cinderblock area belonging to the business which had a clearly posted sign on it which stated "No trespassing private property". A rep. was contacted for the business ID as Donald Hudome who advised that no one other than an employee should be inside the cinderblock tire storage area. Hudome advised that the business did wish to pursue charges of criminal trespass against Rigstad for being on the property without any type of permission from the business. Rigstad was placed under arrest for criminal trespass and transported to the Parker County Jail. The female subject was released from the scene.

On July 18, 2011 at approximately 2320, I Ofc. T. Bramow 78 noticed two subjects located at Cherry Park after park hours. Contact was made with the two subjects. Upon checking them for warrants one Jessica Parkhurst returned with multiple misdemeanor warrants out of Weatherford PD. She was placed under arrest and transported to Parker County Jail where she was booked in per procedure for her warrants.

On 07-19-2011 at 0021 hours reporting officer (Taber #77) was dispatched to 1836 S. Main St. in reference to a disturbance. On arrival, I as well as Officer Tippie, Officer Holcomb, and Officer Watson made contact with Kevin Davis (white male), Octavia Watson (white female), Sanden Cupp (white male), and Houston Watson (white male). An intoxication investigation was completed with all four subjects. The subjects Davis, Cupp, and H. Watson were arrested for public intoxication. The subject O. Watson was arrested for minor in consumption of alcohol. All four subjects were transported to Parker County Sheriff's Department and booked per department procedure.
