BE IT KNOWN, the HONORABLE COMMISSIONERS COURT of PARKER COUNTY, TEXAS, will convene in a

Adoption of amendments to the county employee policies and regulations to require mandatory disclosure and release of state driving records for employees who drive or operate county vehicles; and adoption of regulations for the custody, use and control of county owned vehicles to better insure county owned vehicles are not inappropriately operated by unqualified persons. 6. PUBLIC HEARING:
a. Establishing a 30 MPH speed limit on the following roads: Hampton Lane, Helen Hampton Drive in The Hamptons Phase I, a subdivision in Precinct #2. (Commissioner Brinkley) PUBLIC HEARING
7. NOTIFICATION:
a.
Pct #3 will be working on private property on the following roads: Intersection of Sandy Hill and

b.
Precinct 4 will be clearing brush on private property at the corner of Clear Lake Road and Clear Lake Lane to improve the driving visibility.(Commissioner Webster)

At the conclusion of the Closed Session the Commissioners Court will reconvene in OPEN SESSION to make any decisions or take any action considered appropriate action regarding said matters discussed in Closed Session.
