Summary of Incidents for July 11, 2012

From the Weatherford Police Department

"On 07-11-12 at approx 0900 hrs I, Ofc Beniak was traveling South in the 600 blk of North Main St when I observed a black Ford pickup truck fail to come to a complete stop at the stop sign at W Water and N Main St. I initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver as Justin Magee w/m 22 yoa. Magee's drivers license was shown to be suspended. Magee was taken into custody for DWLI.

On 07/11/2012 at approximately 1650 hours, I, Officer T Seaton (#82) was dispatched to Weatherford Police Department Lobby, in reference to theft. Upon arrival I made contact with Shelby Sewell. She stated that on 07/09/2012, between the hours of 1200 and 1400 hours, a known person stole $262.00 of loose change and other items from the 2200 Trevor Dr, Weatherford, Texas. A theft of property report was made.

On July 12, 2012 at approximately 1923 I, Ofc. T. Bramow 78 was dispatched to the PD in reference to a theft. I contacted a Michelle Mellon, wf, who advised me that on the previous date her catalytic converter had been taken from her vehicle while it was parked in the 100 block of E I-20. A report for theft 500-1500 was taken.

On 07/11/12 at approximately 1937 hours while working patrol, I , Ofc. K. Westendorf was dispatched to the 400 block of Davis Street in reference to several juveniles chasing a black male down the street. While in route I was advised that the black male was now attempting to break into a residence in the 400 block of Davis Street. During our investigation it was determined that George Sanders a black male, 17 years of age appeared in a public place while intoxicated to the degree that he was a danger to himself and others. Mr. Sanders was arrested, transported and booked into PCSO jail for Public Intoxication. A public intoxication report was completed.

On July 11, 2012 at approximately 1941 I, Ofc. T. Bramow 78 was dispatched to the 1100 block of King St in reference to a domestic disturbance involving a firearm. Upon arrival I spoke with a wm 59 yoa who advised me that a known male had threatened to assault him, causing him fear. He stated that the subject was reported to have a weapon on him. He then called the police, at which point the suspect fled the scene. After thoroughly searching the area WPD was unable to locate the subject. A report for Assault by Threat was taken.

On 07/11/12 at approximately 2154 hours while working patrol, I , Ofc. K. Westendorf was dispatched to the 200 block of S. Tower in reference to a domestic disturbance. I made contact with the complainant a white female, 26 years of age who advised that she and her husband were having a verbal argument and when she attempted to call 911, Joseph Moore a white male 32 years of age took the phone from her. Mr. Moore was arrested for knowingly preventing or interfering with another individual's ability to place an emergency telephone call or to request assistance in an emergency from a law enforcement agency. Mr. Moore was transported and booked into PCSO Jail for Interference with Emergency Call. A report was completed.

On Wednesday, 07-11-12, Weatherford PD Officers were in the area of the 1000 block of Duke St. Weatherford, Texas looking in the wooded area for a male subject possibly in possession of a firearm who fled after a domestic disturbance. While Officers were searching the area, they located a w/f identified as Aubri Rechelle Cisneros. Cisneros was confirmed to have Parker County misdemeanor warrants. Cisneros was arrest for the Parker County warrants and transported to Parker County jail. Report completed."
