If you have outstanding fines with the City of Hudson Oaks Municipal Court, your time to pay them is running out. Arrests will be made and unpaid fines will be collected during an upcoming statewide warrant roundup.
The City of Hudson Oaks has 1,643 outstanding warrants valued at $515,905. The city’s Municipal Court and Police Department will join forces with more than 200 law enforcement agencies across the state for the Great Texas Warrant Roundup of 2013.
The Municipal Court staff is working with those who have not paid fines to get their accounts cleared before the Warrant Roundup begins. The Municipal Court is located in Hudson Oaks City Hall at 210 N. Lakeshore Drive, just two blocks north of the intersection of Lakeshore Drive and US 180 (Fort Worth Highway). Regular hours of operation are Monday‐Friday; 8 a.m.‐4:45 p.m.
The Court will also remain open for extended hours on the following days to offer additional opportunities to pay fines and avoid arrest.
Tuesday, Feb. 26: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday, March 2: 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Thursday, March 7: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Once the warrant roundup begins, people with unpaid fines will be arrested.
Police will go to homes, places of work, or wherever they might find those who have avoided their responsibility to the court. So anyone with outstanding warrants should take advantage of the opportunity to pay their fines immediately. Information about how these fines can be paid is available on the City’s website at www.hudsonoaks.com.
